Invitation to my “Dueling Announcements – A Final vs. A First” 10/24 event.

24 October 2017

What exactly is Frank McKinney’s “Dueling Announcements – A Final vs. A First” event?

On October 24, 2017 at 7:07pm Frank will announce his retirement from creating oceanfront artistry – but not until he builds one final oceanfront masterpiece. Yes, after 30 years of making (and entertaining) real estate markets, Frank has decided to move on to something new and exciting – a first for him (and you)!

What will happen at the “Dueling Announcements – A Final vs. A First” event?

On the big screen at the Lake Worth Playhouse (713 Lake Ave, Lake Worth) Frank will showcase a World Premiere Movie Trailer for his final masterpiece, a $20 million+ home known as 3492 S. Ocean. Think coming attractions movie trailer you experience in the theater, only the star of this show will be 3492 S. Ocean in a very cinematic and theatrical presentation.

Why 7:07pm?

One year from that very minute, at 7:07pm on 10/24 in 2018, the full moon will rise over the horizon at the exact latitude and longitude for 3492 S. Ocean. As the full moon rises next year, Frank will pull the veil off his final masterpiece and sell it to one fortunate buyer. You’ll be there at 7:07pm on 10/24/17 to get a sneak peek at what you’ll actually see at 7:07pm under the full moon on 10/24/18!

I understand the “Final,” what’s the “First?”

Frank isn’t quite ready to just ride off into the sunset on his unicorn, so at the event he’ll announce what he’ll be doing with the rest of his life and reveal a “First” – The Other Thief.

What else should I know?

Frank will serve dueling martinis and fine food. Voluntary donations to Frank’s Caring House Project Foundation can be made at the event or here: CHPF will build its 25th self-sufficient village in its 22nd Haitian city, impacting the lives of 11,000+ children & their families in Haiti over the past 15 years.

How can I get an invitation?
